Surrey Place is an historic building located at the top of Mill Lane, Godalming, adjacent to Godalming Railway Station. One of the oldest surviving buildings in Godalming, having survived the 1905 tannery fire. It was formerly a railway tavern and home (Ardon House) of noted naturalist Waring Kidd, thought to be responsible for naming Godalming as the Valley of the Nightingales. The building has a colourful history, originally being a coaching inn and pub, converted to multi occupancy offices some years ago.
Newly refurbished self contained offices to rent ranging in size from 250 – 350 sq/ft. Shared kitchen facilities. The offices are arranged over three floors, some with excellent views.
